I got my LED t-10 bulbs on amazon (pack of 10) and they work like a charm! Much brighter than I expected and fit perfect. Very happy, thanks for tips.
my 07 rx350 currently has the afs hid factory lights but i might eventually replace them with led's. my brother has a 15 honda accord and he recently changed out his factory stock headlights and fog lights with led bulbs and now those suckers are bright as heck!!!. i dont see how i would change mine out to led's though since mine has the afs system on it.
I got a fixit ticket a few weeks back in my 2005 RX330, courtesy of a bored California Highway Patrolman, because of the aformentioned "Tiny bulb above high beam light"
It is indeed a parking light, not a headlight, but Lexus seems to have designed it so that when you switch on the headlights, the parking lights come on too. When a parking light goes dark, it contributes to the impression that one headlight is not working properly.
Lexus must have thought this belt-and-suspenders approach contributed to safety, sort of like the navigation screen, nagging you to agree not to look at porno while driving. Mindreaders! Anyhoo, here's schematics showing the offending bulb, referred to as 7. Also the LED bulbs I installed this evening. Thankfully, the tiny bulb above high beam light is readily accessed, with minor cursing and skin loss. The socket comes free with the customary counterclockwise turn, and the tiny bulb comes free with a straight pull.

what was the ticket for?
I took out that bulb because i couldn't find a bulb to match the color of my HIDs. It looks better without it. Most cars don't have it anyways.
