Memory seat issues

Memory seat issues
My memory seats stop working. I know is not because of the battery. The manual adjustments work fine just the memory buttons dont work. Anyone has any ideas or a diagram to share how to troubleshoot. I check the fuse and is fine and even took the door apart and check the connections inside and under the seat and everything seems fine. What gives?

If you don't have memory mirrors this test won't work.

I had this issue.
It is like the boot not working or the windows after dead battery.
1. Move the seat forward until you hear a beep.
2. Move the seat all the way back.
3. Move the seatback angle switch forward until you hear a beep
4. Move the seat back angle switch all the way reclined.
5. Set the memory now.
I did not hear any beeps but memory started working.
