SOLVED!! Can’t Locate part for engine area splash guard passenger side!! Grrrrr!
Hi All,
im missing a splash guard- I think that’s what it’s called.. on the engine side of the front Right wheel well. It attached with bolts not plastic retainers. It covers the pully mechanism. What should be covering this area? Been looking for days now..
this is the front passenger wheel well.

Reason: Update!
My 2007 does not have any cover there either. I can't find one in the parts listing, but toyota's parts catalog is totally non-logical, so it is easy to not find something.
Close, but that's for a Highlander, which shares lots of parts but fenders are different so the apron may be as well.
Lexus part # for mine which is an 07 is:
Lexuspartsnow.com shows both being the same thing (SEAL, FRONT FENDER APRON, RH) and same price and fitting both 07 RX350 and 04-06 RX330. But it says only 33030 will fit mine if I enter the VIN. Mine's 06 330 AWD, Japan-made

Right on, they might be the same. FWIW, the part # I listed does fit 06rx330. I found it on Mylparts.com. They're a forum sponsor here.
The part number is the same for gen 2 and 3. The Fender apron seal
RH seal number is 53737-07021. I bought a used fender apron seal from eBay for $15. This car is a North American production. The 2 bolts are 90080-11544, the push pin fastener is 90467-08143.
i went to Lexuspartsnow.com to locate the appropriate bolts and push fastener.
Thank you Demetri76 for pointing me in the right direction!!! Couldn’t have found it with out you.
i hope this this helps someone else.
Thanks and have a great weekend!
chris
Ps pm or post if you have any questions.

I went to mylparts.com, selected 2007 rx350 and did a search for 53737-07021. The search returned "not found". Changed vehicle to a 2009 rx350 and a 2011 rx350 and got the same result.
So I have to ask where did you get that part number from?

I got the idea of the part number from a forum that I credited in the previous post.
i know it’s frustrating but with patience and research we can save a ton( non dealer) money.
what is your year and model? Is it jpp or nap? I used Lpartsnow.com to check fit. Look at your manufacturing info inside the drivers door. Don’t worry it took me a week to figure out what was needed.
also confusing is that the same part (for bolts/ fastener)has changed for 3rd gens.

My car is a 2007 NAP. I have seen comments that 53736-33030 is for 2003 to 2006 JDM and 53736-06030 is for 2003 to 2006 NAP, but not every time. However both mylparts and lexuspartsnow both say that 53736-06030 fits my car. They also both say that there is no 53737-07021 part number instead of "does not fit your car".
