Hi everyone, it's been a little while that I've noticed a thud/clunking noise coming out of the rear end of the 2009 rx350. A few months back, I had the rear sway bar links and the bar bushings changed. Shortly after that one of the links broke and had it changed under warranty. It's still making this noise. I notice it more on road imperfections and less on harsher roads(potholes, for example). I took a look as well, at the top part of the rear shocks, at the rubber grommet, in case they had broken, but seem okay.
I grabbed a hold of the springs on the shocks and pushed and pulled hard (shaking car from side to side) and I could here a slight cluck.

thanks for the reply. So i held the top of the tire (sidewall) with my hands and shook the tire...making the car move side to side. and I could hear a slight clunking noise from both pass. side and drivers side in the rear.
which bushing can it be? where is it located on my 2009 rx350?
