A brand new member to the forum here.
I have a '08 400h that has non-working tilt/telescope steering wheel column control. It appears to be "stuck" at the highest and shortest spot of the column and it has been this way since we bought it a few years ago. It makes a "click" noise from the relay (?) when the joy stick is moved to every direction but that's all. There is no grinding sound from the motor or anything else indicating that the motors are trying to work...just silent. I would love to ask to see if anyone has tried to repair similar issues or know what might be wrong with it. If you can direct me to previously discussed DIY posts would be fantastic too if they exist! Thank you everyone!!
