Red face Blower control module location

Hey guys, I'm new here.
Just picked up a 2008 lexus es350and I love it!!

The only problem the car has, is that sometimes the AC/Heater blower wont turn on at all. After lots of searching on this forum and others, I decided that it was probably the blower relay, or "blower control module"
I went ahead and bought the blower relay and attempted to install it today. On all the diagrams that I looked at, I could not pin-point its exact location, so I assumed it was near the blower motor under the passenger kick panel. It appears that I was wrong. Can someone please point me in the right direction as to where this damn thing is? Im guessing that it is behind the touchscreen, but dont want to rip it all apart if i dont have to. Thanks so much.

I'm about to go to autozone to replace the blower while I'm down there, it makes a whirring noise sometimes.
