Could everyone with a 330 post how many miles the car had at purchase?
Also, I'm looking at an AWD with the "premium plus package" that includes leather, hids, power rear door, etc. The car's MSRP is $41,638. The best offer I've gotten so far is $39,500 (I live in the Pac. NW). I did a search and found that many of you have gotten around 3K under MSRP. Could you also post what you paid in relation to MSRP, not including sales tax, etc?
My RX330, 55 miles at purchase (14 miles is from my test drive) and I only able to get ~1900 off MSRP, I consider myself lucky because most RX330 were sold at MSRP in Fresno, CA.
25 miles, but about 10 of those were put on by me during a pre-purchase test drive. Several others were put on by the dealer, who took it to a specialty shop that installed seat heaters and controls.
Putnam Lexus, in Redwood City, CA, said I should along with most people order their RX330's so they have less miles on them and get a my first choice of colors. I believe what he meant was from going off of the build schedule and knowing what's available on the next shipment of cars, request for a specific one to his dealer, before the shipment is allocated to various dealers (possibly requiring a trade). Rep said it'll have about 10 miles because after they come from Japan, the dealer drives them around to "make sure everything is fit and tight". I just think the dealership wants an excuse to enjoy a fine piece machinery.
