No DTC codes but engine will not start
I have a 2005 RX330 that turns over fine, but will not start. I checked the fuel rail by loosening the bolt at the banjo fitting and gas sprayed out. I saw online that when you test a crankshaft position sensor, it should have 2,000 - 2,500 Ohms of resistance, but it was not specific to an RX330. Tested mine with 1,100 Ohms, so I replaced it. Before installing, I tested it and it had the same amount of Ohms. Still not starting. Pulled a spark plug to test for spark and I saw one spark and then none after continuing to crank the engine over. It does not seems likely that all of my coils would be bad at the same time, so I am thinking that there is a problem with the PCM. Does anyone agree and how would I test the PCM?

Crank but no start, can be theft deterrent problem or water short in electrics. Have you tried turning on ignition, but not trying to crank, leave ignition on for a few minutes, then try cranking? Seems to help if electrical connection/water issues.

Let us know what you have and dont have while cranking.
Check the SECURITY light if it goes off once the key is in the ignition.
Cracking a fuel line will give you fuel spray since its a pressurized system.
Try cranking it and see if fuel does spray out when you crack off the banjo bolt.
I'd put a rag over it and have somebody spot you just in case.

i could be late but i have a friend who got an experience like that.spark and gas both present.wont start.the only thing different is his lexus stalled while running.turned out fuel pump needs replacing.funny thing is when we checked from underneath the seat, we can hear the sound of the pump.but the mechanic changed the fuel pump and started right away.so it is possible to have gas on rails but not enough pressure?
