Great news..I found a combi meter on Ebay to test out. Plugged it in after clearing all codes and bingo - ALL GOOD AGAIN! Now I just have to find one closer to the mileage on mine or go have Lexus do it for $120...If anyone needs a nice combination meter with just over 200k on it, let me know :-)
So the new odometer I got has 121k miles on it versus the original 133k miles. The car is over 15 years old and not worth a whole lot to me or anyone else at this point. We don't drive it much so the last time it had 121k miles was probably 5 or 6 years ago - hence probably 6 inspections ago too. I know what the "official" answer is, but is there going to be a problem when I go to have it inspected and the mileage is off by 12k?

Thx in advance.....
What state are you in? Not sure about legality or issues with inspection, but I would think an event like that would at the least trigger a rollback event on the carfax. Not a huge deal unless you are trying to sell it. You might want to just call and ask a local inspection station.
