on the rx330/rx350 where is the power steering pump located? Is this a easy diy fix if I find out mine ever needs to be replaced? or is this something i should have a trusted shop replace for me?

 

The video is for a 2005 Sienna which uses the same engine as an RX330. The pump is located on the passenger side under the engine. You will need to raise the car in order to access the pump. The hardest part is to loosen the high-pressure banjo bolt there is an electrical connection which must be removed first.

 

thanks but it sound like I may have to leave this to a shop because i do not have the tools or facilities to change that out. If I did i would consider doing it myself but alas i cant. and i sure as heck dont have the $ for the tools etc.
