Default false ABS activation

about 25% of the time when coming to a very slow stop, the abs system kicks in, no lights for ABS or braking system ever light up. Diagnostic never shows any issues. replaced master cylinder, rotors etc. Any ideas?

I just bought my 04 rx 2 weeks ago and it does the same thing I am wondering if the brake pads are not seated all the way in the caliper and that is causing some of the issue.

check the tuning ring inside the hub ,using the sensor opening, some time ago it happened to me,took each tire out,abs sensor out, look inside through the opening and spin the hub,my self found broken ring,,they took the axle out, removed the old ring and pressed a new one,I think you can find it on ebay
