Default Low beam bulbs

I have a 2006 RX 400 h with a bright bulb on the drivers side and a orange kinda flickering bulb on the right. I am going to replace them at the dealer since I bought the car 3 days ago. What bulbs should I have them put in? Supposedly it passed all the criteria for sale, but I don’t think so.

Another thing is the AFS button, should it be in or out for the lights to move.

It is likely that your bulbs are D2S HID. They will cost you a fortune at the dealership. They can be had for about $60 each on Amazon. This is for the standard OEM bulb which is normally Phillips. You can get them cheaper if you are not concerned about an authenticity certificate. The button should be out for the headlights to move.

Can you elaborate on why it was "no charge"? I have the same year/model and would think this isn't covered under warranty still...

I just bought the SUV a few days ago and noticed the bulb was dying. So they replaced it no charge.
