how do i remove the sideview mirror adjustment switch on a 2004 lexus rx330

I suspect the steps to remove the LS430 switch are different than those for the RX330. You should try to solicit inputs from the RX - 2nd Gen (2004-2009) forum.

Just pull the panel below the steering wheel off and you will see the switch. It is easy to remove.

Click on the following link and skip to 42:12 or you can watch the entire video. There are four Philip head screws that hold the switch to the dash panel and two wire. One wire is for the mirror and the other is for the power hatch (if you have power hatch).
