Having problems with Map DVD

Having problems with Map DVD
Can anyone assist me in helping me fix a problem which I have with my navigation system
Map DvD.I received a error telling me to check to see if the correct DvD is inserted.But I do
have the correct DvD inserted and I was thinking about using a DvD cleaner to see if this will
solve my problem.But if anyone have any other good suggestions please feel free to send me your
thoughts thanks in advance.

could be the disk, or the drive itself. try the dvd drive cleaner 1st. if not, you need to try another disc. been using a burnt copy of the 2012 maps (last ones) for some time, no issues here.
