Default Knuckle bushing..

I read the forum where someone was replacing their knuckle bushing and said use OEM 42210-20010, however the dealer said they aren't for my car, which is a 2007 Lexus rx 350.can anyone shed some light on this?

I did a little research and part # 42210-20010 came back as being for a 2006 - 2008 Toyota Avalon. Looking at the part location in the Avalon diagram, I looked up the 2007 RX comparable diagram. The RX comparable part is different from the Avalon (Avalon is adjustable, RX is not) but the RX diagram does not show a bushing as a separate part.

I wonder if someone figured out that the Avalon part can be used instead of buying the whole arm from Lexus. Just my guess.

Now you got me curious. What is knuckle bushing? I know only steering and strut knuckles on hub and none have bushings. Please.
