What are steps to replace engine splash guard rx330 - 2005?

wondering if this is something I can take on if I purchse an engine replacement splash guard/underpan?...could someone either identify the challenges or give me a general step by step guideline?

Should be a easy straight forward job, just a couple screws or bolts or clips from front piece toward the end one.

I only have front piece and can live with missing middle and end piece.
