Engine overheating on slow speed and idle.
Replaced the radiator, fans are working fine, opened the thermostat valve also.
Still the problem exists.
Feont axke boots are wearing out faster coz of the over heat, I guess.
Pls help.
What do you mean by "opened the thermostat valve"? Are you referring to the bleeder located towards the rear of the thermostat housing? All this does is bleed air out of the system after opening it up for service, which you need to do after radiator replacement. Did you bleed it at the upper hose too (at radiator)- there is a spot for this as well. Sounds like you may still have air in it and need to bleed it out.

It seems like this thermostat valve will open when the engine temperature goes up a certain level. So that tye engine coolant will fully flow into the circuit.

Simply removed this valve so all the time there will be full flow of the coolant to the circuit.
You removed the thermostat? Not sure why you would do this; if removed will cause your overheat. I suggest replacing the thermostat and seal and leave the system as the factory intended.

I'm pretty unsure if the mechanix done air bleeding.
I will ask to redo it.
