The RX wheel uses a bolt pattern of 5 x 114.3 mm with a hub opening of 60.1 mm.
The Porsche/Audi uses a bolt pattern of 5 x 130 mm with a hub opening of 71.3 mm.

The different bolt pattern will not allow you to use these rims.

An adaptor would certainly let you bolt on the Porsche/Audi rim. But the 20mm thickness would push the tires out towards the fender more.If you use a bigger (wider) tire, that will bring the tire closed to the fender. For reference, the stock 18 inch Lexus rim uses an offset of 35. I don't know what the Porsche/Audi rim offset is.

Overall, I don't know if you would have any issues with the tire rubbing on the fender or anywhere else. Hopefully someone else will answer your questions.
