Anyone know how to fix an issue where the Engine Cluster (where the speedometer is) used to have the "charging" info on it?
My car battery died then had to jump start it but when I did, the cluster only shows mileage traveled on it now and does not show the battery info on it.

I've pressed the info button multiple times and I've googled it as best as I could but don't know how to explain or use the correct terminology.

I have a 2006 400h by the way with No Navigation package or anything.

 

Anyone? or perhaps a service manual link?

The button that changes the info under the speedo is on the right side of the steering wheel labeled disp. It is on the steering wheel itself. It should show odometer, mpg, outside temp, charging system aka hybrid battery, and maybe one or two others. Hope it helps.

 

Thanks. If that's the chase, then maybe it's because I've swapped my stereo for an aftermarket one and that button no longer works.

 

Are you sure the button doesn't work? It should not be related to the radio since the button on the steering wheel does not affect the radio or infotainment screen. The info button above the climate controls do that.
