Default Water Pump Replacement

Hey Everyone, I am the happy owner of a 2007 RX350 with roughly 96k on it. The water pump pulley has some play in it causing a rattling/bad bearing type of noise. I checked out all the other pulleys, replaced the two idlers while I was in there, but the water pump repair seems a lot more difficult. Does anyone have any idea how it is done? Or how much I can expect to pay for labor? Thanks guys!

Two and a half years ago mine was changed under CPO warranty. Dealer charged warranty $472 ($252 labor, $177 for the pump, and $42 for the coolant). I expect they would charge more for a cash job. Pic of work order is here (while Photobucket will still display it):
