Lower back pain while driving
Hi. I have 2007 RX 350 now and I get lower left back pain whenever I drive. Even if I drive for couple of mins. I tried so many different positions, but it doesn't seem to improve the condition. I have never had a back pain while driving before. This is the first ever such instance which means it is not issue with my back. I have had a Peugeot 407 earlier that had the best seats ever so far for me.
I am not sure what is the solution for this. Can some one suggest me how to fix this issue? Can I replace the seat with some third party seats? Or sell the car may be.

Sorry for the dumb question, but have you tried adjusting the lumbar support? When I bought my RX330 used, either the previous owner had a crooked back or the detailer was messing with the button so it was set to the firmest setting and very uncomfortable to drive with until I realized which button it was (is the rectangular button to the right of the seat recliner if you're looking at it dead on.

I hope that you can adjust the lumbar support as Lexuswiz outlined.
I think I understand what you are experiencing as I will get terrible backaches if I am in a Ford product for a week or more.
