Default Changing front seats

I have a 2007 RX350 with beige leather seats. They do not have the seat heaters. I have come across another set of front seats from a 2008 RX400h that have the seat heaters installed.

Quick question please. Are the connection plugs the same? If so this is an easy swap (I will have an auto electrician wire the heater pads).

If not, then I will need to consider other options.

Thanks in advance, David

If you have the harness & switches (dials) present on the vehicle, nothing should differ, it would be a simple DIY...
if not, more expenses than it's worth (to change the dash with the switches & install the harness) especially if you are located in Australia ( no freezing temperatures).

Does anyone know what size are the bolts that hold the seats down. Previous spray painted the driver seat and I'd like to replace it.
