I read in the manual that with the key, you can lock the doors & close the windows & sunroof.
I read, that you can also unlock the doors & open the windows & sunroof with the wireless control on the key.

I didn't see any indication that the doors & windows and sunroof could be closed & locked, from the wireless control on the key?.

My car is a 2007 RX-350 w/ ML & NAV, my first Lexus...which is great, and not the Last!

Typically the open sequence for windows and sunroof is hold down the unlock button

The lock sequence from the remote is disabled in the US due to legal reasons

Not sure about the RX key you have, but in other models where you have a physical key you can insert into the door lock, if you turn and hold it in the lock position it rolls things up / closed.
