My volume control **** on my GS350 is stuck in and flush thereby no spring action to turn off/on

The odds are better than average your stereo is a Pioneer model therefore your best bet would be to remove the stereo yourself & bring it to a car audio shop for an estimate for the repair.
Some repair shops have many universal Pioneer stereo parts they have kept over the years or they can order the parts required from Pioneer.
