I changed ignition assembly

I changed whole ignition assembly with new key, now i turn the key but engine do not start, red security light keep blinking

Anyone knows how can i program this new key without master key?

Lexus vehicles are extremely complex for electronics in general, appears reprogramming from a Lexus or possibly a Toyota dealer is in order.
You can give this a try, although you will need an original key.

Do you still have the old key? I know it will not turn in the new tumbler but you need the chip from the old key not the key blade part. If you do, and if you have access to techstream, it is possible and easy.
