Default Fluid Leak

Any one know what kind of fluid leak is this, and how to fix it?

Welcome!
It looks like it's coming from the transfer case. I'm sure someone more familiar will jump in with ideas. I'd try cleaning that area to see how quick it comes back.

Wipe the area with a white paper towel to hopefully get an idea of what color the fluid is.
Some leaks are tricky, you need to follow the path of the leak to it's origin carefully.

I just changed the transfer case fluid today, and I have a slight leak as well, but on the black pan, the tranny fluid. I noticed the bolts were a little loose where the leak was so I snugged them up, and cleaned off the leak, to see if that stops it.
