Default 2008 RX 350 rear door interior panels

I had to remove the back panels of my rear hatch door to clean the wiper motor and I was wondering if any one had a suggestion on how to secure the brackets that hold the clips into the door frame. They look like they were held on by a thin plastic strip and glue before I removed them

Thanks

Definitely glued in place. Research the 3M website for an industrial strength double-sided tape. Wipe down with isopropyl alcohol before applying to remove any gum, oil etc.
