Default Air Suspension

Hello - we are considering doing the conversion on our 2004 Lexus RX330 from Air to normal Shocks/Struts. However we are unable to find if there is a NEED to do a conversion kit versus just a replacement with normal shocks/struts. We are unable to locate part numbers to make a match as well - any advice or help is appreciated.

I did my conversion without a kit. Disconnect the pump. Disconnect the lines to each strut and secure. Replace with OEM struts and springs. Install. Drive on standard struts/springs. Enjoy.

The other thread you posted in has a post by someone saying how to turn off the warning light on the dash after the conversion.

Negatives: cost to replace when it does go out, 3x's conventional, or just convert to conventional. No big deal really if you can DIY. Positives; part of the Sport Package. Not sure what that completely entails, but I know it does come with the shiftable transmission. Seeing how anemic and quick to upshift the regular trans is, I'd love to have the shiftable one in mine.
