I have a 2007 RX 350 with 60000 MI on it and had a scheduled maintenance on it four months ago. I had been noticing a clanking or clicking sound on the engine every time it start, of which eventally disappear after the engine heats up or after driving a mile or less. I think it is coming inside the engine. Does anybody had an experienced on this problem . Pls help.....

 

Here are a couple threads on engine noises if you didn't already find them. Failing water pump can make a rattle sound. Apparently some oils and filters can cause some noises too.
