We found last night that the hatch loop has come loose .. thus the hatch latch has nothing to latch on to. This is the loop in the bottom of the hatchback area. It is inside of a plastic piece that pushes down, but we can't seem to figure out how to get this off so we can access the loop and reattach the loop. The screw/bolt is in the same area. Please help. This can't be that hard .. Thanks much
