Rx400h 2006 will not read ready on voltmeter

I gotta 2006 rx400h it's got a brand new accessory battery have no way to check the drive battery condition although on the gauge it shows empty or nothing but a tire and a battery on the gauge The voltmeter gauge does not light up ready at all this call was in a minor fender bender and probably has not ran in 3 months does anyone have any idea what I can do to start this vehicle many thanks

Was your service plug removed during the repair? Your drive battery may be disconnected. Long shot but easy to check.

No service plug is installed

There is a main service circuit breaker trying to find it and check I'm not sure it may just need to be reset Crazy thing is that are no codes stored This one is nasty
