is my battery ok?
Drove around 10 miles to dealership in our 2006rx400h to drop off my 2006 tundra for reg service. I parked the 400h shut off ignition and when ready to leave lot the car wouldnt start. Had dealership jump to start the car. I got home and put a meter on battery and was 12.6volts. I didnt start the car all week, and today i metered car again and got 12.6v, and it started right up, Do the dealership have the ability to zap electronics on hybrids

If you had/have a bad battery, there is nothing you can do to make it good again. The fact that the battery held the charge for a week pretty much indicates it is good. You can always take the battery and have it tested.
But from what you said, I think you should check the battery connections for tightness. Actually, don't just check them, take them off and clean them and then make sure you put them back on tight.

Hybrids perhaps have more normal parasitic draw than RX330 or RX350s, post on the Hybrid section, hopefully someone will chime in.
A week not starting the vehicle could be a long time depending on condition, age of the battery & the amount of normal parasitic draw.
A load test would answer for the condition of the battery.
