Default 120k Miles

So our 2008 RX350 has 120k miles. So far I've cleaned the throttle body, MAF sensor, drained and filled the transmission fluid (brake and coolant already done), oil change, cabin and air filter changed, and cleaned all the caliper pins. Any other suggestions? The car is currently at the dealership now getting the spark plugs changed for $470, pretty decent deal I figured considered off other estimates. Suspension is original but no noises or pulling towards either side, and all the sway bar endlinks have also been changes. Trying to be proactive about these things. Thanks in advance

Some have suggested changing the water pump. Our '07's sprung a leak around 90k miles.

^forgot to add, I changed the drive belt with a gates one a few weeks ago and I did look to see if I could see any leaks around the water pump. It looked good, I think on that I'll wait till I see it leaking until I replace it. Hopefully I never have to. Same with the steering rack, I had to replace an inner tie rod boot because it was ripped, and the rack was dry.
