When cruising down the expressway we heard a noise coming from the closed Sun roof.
The wind would pick up the front of the sun roof causing a lift / close noise. When I push up on front
of the sun roof with my hand it does move it's not locked tight shut. Has anyone had this issue if so is there a DIY to fix? It's annoying to have to listen to.

There are screws behind the rubber accordion looking things on the sides of the sunroof. Tighten them....But have someone help you make sure the sunroof is flush with the roof of the car.
