RX330: Installing GPS screen on basic dashboard

RX330: Installing GPS screen on basic dashboard
Hi everyone,
I own a 2005 RX330 and all my dashboard is cracked. The model I have is the one with the simple clock screen. To repalce my cracked dashboard, I found to the scrapyard a RX330 but instead of the simply clock, it has a GPS screen, I would like to know if it's possible to install this screen on my Lexus? The GPS will be functional? Below two links, first one is the kind of screen I have and second one is the kind of screen I would like to install:

The only other thing that I am not sure of is the Air Conditioning system. The RX330 I have is with the GPS system. The cooling/heating system is fully adjustable thru the same navigation screen. So I would assume you also need the cabling to tie into the HVAC system of the vehicle.
