Default CEL P0420, help decipher scan tool

I'm not quite understanding what I'm looking at, but impressed my OBD2 app offers the option to see this. It took some digging. From what I can tell Bank 1 sensor 2 (post cat) is saying there is too much variation? I don't see where it's much off from Bank 2 sensor 2.

Are you using the OBDII scanner? It appears that you have a catalytic converter issue, assuming the O2 sensors are working OK or have been replaced recently.
