Entry chime?!

I have a 2008 rx350 and a few days ago, for no reason I'm aware of, there is a beep when I open the driver door. I have messed with the headlight switch to no avail. What am I missing?

OMG, thank you! Sunroof was totally tilted open with the cover closed so I couldn't tell. Thanks!!!
