There are four different servo motors for ac. Driver air mix, passenger air mix, mode select and recirculation servos. Driver side is super easy to remove, just have a small philips screwdriver. It's the first motor on the bottom under dashboard, you will see it. Three screws. One on the top is a mode servo, bit harder to remove and much harder to install. On passagner side I took glove box and a it was super easy.

Open those servos and glue plastic piece back onto a motors. In my case one of the motor was dead (wasn't powerfull enought to spin). If electrical contact patch on a wheel got destroyed there is still way to fix it. Some people recommend to use conductive epoxy, but all you need is to move contacts a touch to the side, so it will read correct resistance..

Highly recommend you to buy screwdriver like this

thanks for the response
I believe the servo that controls the "outside" air is stuck open.
Is there a passenger and driver said that controls that?
