Default Problem with my OBD

We acquired a 2007 RX350 recently. When purchased we had NO warning lights. Now we have a "Check Engine", "ASC" and a Tire warning light. From what I read it has to do with the TPMS sensor. Took the car to a Advance, to have them read codes from the OBD-II, and NOTHING... won't even show that the OBD is working. Is there a fuse that controls the OBD? Stumped

Found the 7.5A fuse, under the dash... it's good. Tested it with a tester and a visual inspection. Still stumped.

Try pin 16 in dlc3 (obd) connector it is a light green wire, should be source voltage 12v. If ok try MPX-B, 7.5 amp fuse as well. Actually check all fuses in both fuse box's.

Brake light switch? Do a search, there are threads about that here.
