My 2004 Rx 330 with 109k miles has a very faint slight sqeek after I start the car. As soon as I start to drive forward , even a couple feet, it goes away. Power Steering fluid us full. Is this anything I should be concerned about at all, can I get rid of sound, and why is it happening?

 

check the drive belt. is it cracked? is it stretched? you can diagnose by having a spray bottle with water. duplicate the conditions when u you would normally hear the noise. when you hear it spray the belt and see if the noise goes away. if it does you need a new belt. if you grab the belt and there is more than an inch of travel in both directions the belt is worn and needs replacing.
