Took it to a buddy's shop to replace endlinks. Put air wrench...not even an I'm pact on it and the whole endlink ripped off taking off the mounting point on the bar. Is there an aftermarket swaybar I can buy? I can't find anything and I'm not too happy it's going to cost me 500 for a new bar at the dealer.

You can find one cheaper online. No way should you go to dealer.

I can't seem to find anything. I've called local scrapyards...I've checked ebay and Amazon nothing. I'm really not impressed that it broke. I'm able to get a discount through a buddy but it's still 350 +13% tax... So about $400 from the dealer

Sewell is a US dealership in Texas and a vendor here on Club Lexus. You also receive a discount by registering on their website with your Club Lexus ID.

they are in Texas i believe.

i am in quebec. if you select the cheapest shipping option, there is some fine print to be aware of, you will get a bill in the mail a few weeks later for a duty charge. i ordered some lower front spring seat cushions, rubber. they were very light, and a small package, the charge was 13 bucks. so beware with a large item like a sway bar.

Mine also just broke at the mounting points. Is this something I can change in the driveway? Is it just as easy as removing the 2 bushing mounts and sliding it out? When I looked at it quickly last night looks like it goes up over the subframe or something. Let me know.

UPDATE - Garage quoted me 5.8 hours to replace the front long swaybar, does that sound right?
