hi all

I just got my TMPS light on this morning, check pressure all 4 tires are good, 35 PSI each, did not check spare tire, does spare tire had TMPS sensor? what do you think? is one of my sensor is bad?

Yep spare tire does have one that communicates with the car. I just had to replace a bad sensor on my 07

yes...usually the spare pressure is low....

Yup -- check the spare. Been there, done that.

To avoid the TMPS light I always inflate the the spare to 38psi. I don't run on that tire anyway and at that pressure no warning lights.

If the light is still on after you confirm the spare tire pressure is fine, you may have a bad sensor. if you are Costco member, costco tire center can check and replace the sensor for a price of $15 + the cost of the sensor, which is around $50 to $70. If you go to a dealer, the sensor alone is about $150.
