Default Lexus RX330

Here are a few pictures. I think I got all of them from club lexus. If any of you are going to preview the rx330 could you please post some pictures when you return. Thank You

Is the screen in the rx300 smaller than the screen in the rx330?

The new screen is 7" diagonally, which makes it bigger than the current model. For those who are getting the touchscreen navigation, this makes the screen's touch functionality much more responsive. I've gotten a chance to use the current RX's touchscreen as often as the one on an LS430 and there is a marked difference in the responsiveness of each. The software is pretty much the same, but I think the size of the buttons is better suited toward a larger screen. Whereas I've never had to "push" a button twice on the LS, I've had to be more precise in properly navigating the RX's much smaller screen. By the way, the LS' screen is seven inches, which means the new RX330 should be a big improvement in that particular area.

Is there anyone from a dealer that can confirm whether the power rear door is part of the sport package or not? I've been hearing many different responses.

For real? That's stupid. Why wouldn't it be included? Do you know whether I can just add the option?

Default Power Rear Door and Performance Package

According to my dealer's allocation sheet, they are ordering Performance Package vehicles with the following options:

VP Performance Package (Graphite wheels, All season tires, Air Suspension, Illum. Entry)
PL Power Back Door
Power Tilt/Telescoping Steering with Memory
HIDs with AFS (Adaptive Front Lighting System)
Leather trim interior
DR Roof Rails/Roof Rack
DC 6-CD In Dash Auto Changer
One Touch Open/Close Moonroof
Rain Sensing Wipers
NV Navigation System with Rear Camera
HS Two Level Heated Front Seats

Their allocation calls for the Performance Package to be included with Nav, and they are only ordering 3% of the total with this mix. You might be able to order the Performance Package separately, but I'm not sure yet.
