The RX330 uses Toyota Type-IV transmission fluid. You should perform at least a drain and fill at this point in time. If it looks good then you can perform drain and fills every 45K or so depending on your needs. If it looks dirty you might want to schedule yourself a series of drain and fills every 15K or so until it looks good. If the transmission has never been serviced I do not recommend a flush. No telling what will come loose inside the transmission to gum up the works. Would prefer the pan be dropped and a full clean with new transmission filter, etc. instead of the flush.

The newer RX350 uses Toyota WS. You cannot use this in your RX330. Toyota WS transmission fluid is stated as being "lifetime" for whatever that means. None of these fluids are lifetime, IMO. Perhaps that is what the dealer as thinking.

Like many questions you might have, all this has been discussed before. You just need to use the search features of the forum to find the details. Such as:

What you probably want to take a look at is the power steering reservoir. The power steering fluid is DEXRON II/III, as described in the Owner's Manual. Probably never been touched and may need some attention. Search the forums here at CL for more details on that process.

BTW, is your RX330 FWD or AWD? If AWD you will also want to tend to the gear oil in the front transfer case and the rear differential. If FWD you have neither of those so the transmission fluid is all you need to tend to in that regard.
