Personally I don't care for the look of the headlight LED eyebrows. I was just having fun with the eyelash photo and can't imagine anyone actually doing that.
I think the LED's are too small and too many. By having them wedged around the headlight housing, they remind me of those Xmas lights. It's a good idea but I don't think I'll be taking this mod on. I'll see if I can open up the lights and do something inside the housing.
I like the SC lights. Did you have to bring down the bumper on the SC?
Thanks and goodness no. I'm nowhere near that industrious to even be remotely interested in removing body parts to install anything. I pride myself on finding clean, efficient, relatively simple solutions to little projects like this. The lights cost $30 off ebay. The double sided mounting tape was $5. The 90 degree pieces of plastic used to mount the lights and wire to wire 'em up was sourced from useless household junk. Total cost was $35 and about 2 hours total labor. Not totally finished quite yet as I plan to wire in a remote control relay to turn the lights on and off. Stay up to speed on my post on the SC forum.
Mandyfig what happened? Where's your post and DIY instructions?
Vaporware. I added some LED's to my side mirror that you can enjoy in the mean time. I'm also interested in seeing how the headlight LED mod would look.

Sorry I have not done it. The LEDs are sitting on my shelf. One day...have to get the inspiration going. I bought another set of LED's that I now thinking of putting into the RX. They are solid rectangular ones. I will post how I installed it on my SC.
