Default How to update maintenance log in Navi screen - solved

Did some maintenance (brakes, rotors, cabin + engine air filter, oil/filter change), and I can't figure out how to update it on the Navigation screen. I select "Info" + "Maintenance" and I can select the various items (e.g., "Air Filter"), and it even allows me to key in the date and length between intervals...but then the icon turns from Green to Red. What am I doing wrong??

On a side note, this forum has been tremendously helpful in allowing me to do the maintenance on our new [to us] RX330. Having never turned a wrench before, it was a little daunting to tackle a brake job including new rotors...but thanks to the great DIY tutorial, it's now done! BTW, how crazy is it that I needed new front rotors when we've only got 16k miles on the car!?! Don't know what kind of driving the previous owner did, but I hope these last much longer than that.

Default Solved!

Finally found where my wife hid the Navigation owners manual, and figured it out. For reference, the Date field is the date when you want to be reminded to perform the service (I was mistaken and thought it was the date you performed the service). You can simply leave the date blank and input the Mileage between service intervals.
