I have a new rear wiper, and I don't understand how to remove the arm, so I can replace the worn-out blade!

I found a clip on Youtube helpful in explaining. There's a cap that you need to remove where the arm pivots and after that it's easy and fairly straightforward to replace the wiper. Cap removes by pulling the sides out a bit and then by pulling it off. Once you've done that, the end half of the wiper can be pivoted up and just rotates out.
