Default Navigation version

Is there an easy way to look-up what map disc version I have....without taking the disc out from the nav unit in the back?

Yes there is. Press the "DVD" button on the screen (somewhere in the menus) and it will show you the version of your data disc.

Default $50 where?

Where did you get the DVD for $50? I found a few places just wasn't sure about them.

The one sold for $50 is most likely a copy, not the original one. It doesn't mean that it will not work, but you probably will not get any help from Lexus and is on your own.
