Default please help - how to refix rear fog light

hi all

Just noticed on my 07 RX, that one of the rear fog lights in the bumper has been pushed in (kicked in?). The bumper itself seems undamaged from the outside. The light is holding at one end (right hand side)

I've looked at it but can't work out how to push the light back out from the rear?

Is it something I can try to do without removing the bumper?

please see attached photo ...

many thanks

Looks like part number 9008010290 is supposed to hold that side of the reflector against the bumper.

You can lay on the ground and access the light from underneath as I put in led lights there awhile back.

hi adamjeeps

thanks for that link. so it looks like the lamp unit is just held on with the one in-board screw? I guess the other end of the lamp just clips in somehow?

cheers

Looks like it has a pin on the opposite end of the screw.

I've replaced the passenger side marker light before (BTW, it is not a fog light) without removing tbe bumper. If you look up there from under the car, you will see it. It's kind of tight, but doable. All you need is a 10mm socket.

spent some time under the bumper trying to access this....but I think it's a little too tight in there so I'll just leave it for now.
