Update - We are still waiting to see what shakes out between the dealership and corporate.

Ive pulled service records from all three of our Lexuses which have been serviced by this dealer before. There has been a couple instances in which we had to take cars in for recall twice as the work was not satisfactory.

Aside from this, not sure how much leverage I have in getting the dealer to help out.

Well, I hope for the best for you but the engine was most likely destroyed in that "few miles". It will be hard to get that past Lexus for any neglect on their part. On the other hand, they've covered some amazing things for people.
